I remember asking at the end I couldn't solve it.. . would I need to know where I have to insert the object enabler materially in autocad or should it remain apart?

Wait a minute, if you mean you can insert certain types of objects (e.g. multidirectors) in old versions then it is not possible.
if you do view themOnce the object is installed, the display is automatically displayed without any operation to be performed.
object enabler only act as "visualizers".
