if you enter the "encrypted" family you will find that along with 3d elements have been designed 2d lines.
in a few words the 2d detail lives only in the plant, while the 3d is generated for all other views.
If you remove from the view of the family the lines and selections any solid, then go to the properties of visibility, find the ark, that is, it is disabled in plant.
