obtain area in square meters from drawing in mm

Good afternoon,
with this lisp (Annex) I get the area of all closed polylines (in text) with only one selection. being the areas e.g. side 1000, 2000, 3000 4000 units, the express area is 1000000, 4000000, 16000000 etc.. (see first figure)who helps me to insert in the list a coefficient "x 0,000001" or "/1000000" so that the text is 1, 4, 16? (v. fig. 2)
The text is also represented in the centre. can you get as in figure 3 or, even better, as in figure 4?

to have 2 decimals separated from one point (eg. 20.25) I ask too much? (without any rush, of course)
