office interface in 3d environment

from movies on the official website, known that also the interface in 3d environment is office style (as in 2d ). How do I set this environment?
keep in mind that I also installed office 2010.

I would also have a second requirement to submit:
with the old releases, I always tribulated to get the weight in the putting into the table (I created relationships, I associated them to mp_mass, etc., etc. ) but with little results. Please give me the exact right to solve this problem.

when installing I create you don't need to set any interface. That's it.
