Why do I make a curvilinear or arc offset for example 1 mm in reality the offset makes me less?

I practically have a working of a closed circular part and doing the offset of 1 mm puts it to 1.364....

just to make sure you understand:
in sketch project a circular profile, do the offset of the line, at the prompt indicate distance: 1 and in the sketch puts you 1,364 which then you have to change by hand and puts it in place.
if it is so unfortunately I can not help you, it does not happen to me (just made the test).
routine tips: test on a new part, restart inventor. turn off and turn on the computer, until it is formatted all:tongue: etc. etc.
