on/off layer spazio carta

Good evening,
I hope I don't ask for things already seen... I created a block (layer 0) inside which I have a circle placed on the layer holes.
I insert the block into a drawing and put it on the layer buttons.
if I step from on to off the state of the layer buttons continue to see the circle, if I freeze the layer "disappear" everything.

If I switch to paper space, within a viewport, I can only freeze/disclose the layer buttons in the view.
can I set the viewport in order to repeat the same situation as the model space?
I thought so. Is there an exit?

if you put the rectangle on the layer buttons and the circle on the layer holes, but place the block on the layer blocks, in layrout you can freeze the two layers (pulsants and holes) independently, since the block will be on the layer blocks, which you will leave unfrozen.

with this little "truck" works. I don't like defining layers a priori... Having then attributes I have to decide whether to create another layer for them or use buttons.
