a curiosity, how do you put on the table a single view that is a section?

I do the basic view out of the table for now, I project the section then we suppress the basic view.

It seems strange that there is no smarter method, but I did not find it

It's still quicker to do the section out of the table, if it really bothers you to see the mother view, you can always suppress it. .

manage 2 views when on the table you only need one who is the daughter of the first certainly does not seem to me the most orthodox method, so I also go immediately with the break out command, thus drawing a rectangle in sketch mode on the view that will be dissected. I don't understand the two logics you're asking.
1) if you have a projected view, it is not a view in section, so it does not have the same "characteristics", in the sense that it seems simple if you think of a single a-a line that "cuts" the base view, but in the case the section line would take a path, as sometimes happens? so with only one command, I see it difficult to "convert" a view projected in a view in section. you can only do it by doing the above method, but obviously not having the axis line on the base view.
2) if you delete the parent view of connected views, just that in the message where you ask to "delete view and dependent views" click on the lower button at dx ">>", the window expands and clicking on "elimina" column you decide which to delete and which not of the linked views.

hi ilario and thank you for the kind answer. actually coming from the pro/e world, I alluded to a command similar to the selection of the properties of the window where there is the projection (or even any other type of view) and the conversion to view of section (both with a cutting plan or with a sketch). Since I am not yet an inventor, I had done the same thing that you said, that is, I am dealing with a rectangle outside of sight, a pity that you also need to associate the section line on the reference view ... while eliminating the dependence between the views in my opinion is very dangerous, which I would exclude doing in all cases
