I can't open two files at the same time with mechanical desktop. If I open another one, I close the one in use (it asks me if I want to save it and then it closes him). The situation is dramatic if I want to copy something from another table. also does not close the file with the simple ctrl+f4, it always remains active.

which option is active? I can't find anything that solves my problem.

but are you talking about mechanical desktop or autocad mechanical? are two very different programs.. .
What version? What operating system?
