Good morning to all, I am a master's degree in architecture.
I've been wanted in the past few weeks for a job offer as a designer. So I did the ritual interviews and I was chosen. I was offered a contract for the first 2/3 months with agency to 1400€ gross monthly and then contract of three years as apprenticeship to 13 monthly.
What do you think? of these times is better or worse tenderly aware that I already have a three-year degree and that in a short time I will also have the master.

I am sincerely inexperienced in employment contracts etc.

the ccnl establishes what wages are according to the category of the company and the framing.
If it's your first experience I wouldn't throw it away because you're through agency for 2 or 3 months (how do you not know?) and so you're not bound for big times. if they decide to keep you and feel underpaid you can try to contract a different level, otherwise so many greetings and you look elsewhere.
at least in the meantime begins to take confidence with the world of work and begins to reason on real things and not on academic exercises and hypotheses.
if your first step is the salary (which is certainly important) however do not start with the right foot.
to succeed in finishing the working day without entering into a spiral of discomfort that will condition life even outside the office, motivations must be other... Otherwise, you'll stay with your eyes on the clock waiting for the 8 hours to end.
