"orror or error" geometric?

Good morning to all,
start the week with a headache not recently:
in the modeling of a chiocchiola for a turbine I came across a singular problem, where to make a simple extrusion that from a surface goes up to a body generates a geometry that has nothing to do with the initial sketch.
I attach photos and files to better make you understand. . .with this result:I have already tried in another 1000 ways to bypass the problem, like creating a separate body and joining it later move faces etc. I don't know more than fish to lick... I'm not even telling you after exporting to steps what comes out...

extrude with blind term for 34mm to do a good thing
the problem lies in the geometry of the turbine that has the faceted profile . if you can make the tangent splines solve everything. (I added a 1mm connection after the loft function, but it is only done to verify my thesis

but the connection you added to the sketch or the solid generated of the loft?for that to me does not let it do, while if I put it in the sketch happens a mess

as a function.
the problem could depend on the fact that it is a unique body with facets not perfectly aligned.
do this sequence:
1 click on the right Sleeping 3 and choose to enter here
2 remove the tick to join body in the last loft
3 make 1mm connection on the affected body
4 do the matching function with add option
5 restores functions

Great! thanks massive of your precious advice, I did not exactly as you indicated me but I picked up all the sketches thus guaranteeing a tangence between spline with this result:View attachment 49091
