overlapping beam and sole cls

Good morning,
I submit a problem that I can't solve (in case you don't understand the description I will insert the pictures).

I am making a steel structure with cls soles thrown over hibond sheet. for design choices, the sheet does not lie on the extensive structure but will be supported on a welded flange in half the core of the beams. above this sheet will be thrown the cls whose extradox will correspond to the extended beam.

the model was realized starting from the steel structure and then inserting the floors... for convenience I created the loft by contouring the whole scaffold. acting in this way match two issues:
1_ are (justly) detected interference between floors and structure
2_ the material count takes into account the areas of cls that do not actually exist because there is the beam (the wings of the beams)

I wanted to know if there is an automatic way to solve this overlap. a little like it happens with classical stratigraphy.

p.s.: the same problem I match by making a cls wall and then inserting a steel pillar. if I create the abacus materials there are no differences between when there is and there is no pillar (of course there should be less cls).

I hope I've been clear.
Thank you all.

I do not believe in automatic; you should create an empty space around the family of pillars/trave that generates a hole in the wall/bathroom guest... a workman! Is it worth it? for a few mc of material. . .
