I am trying to import on a sheet of a table putting overlay of another design. I can do it correctly, but I don't see the details of imported views: odds, sketches, etc.

from the "technical support knowledge base" seems to be possible but I don't know how.

with dependency to the drawing model:
in the drawing use tools > overlay > add overlay to display drawing sheets or views from other drawings.
the display is always an exact copy of the original views.
hence, annotations need to be erased or blanked in the original drawing.
a copy of the original drawing can be used to adapt the views before overlaying them.
thanks in advance and wishes of good holidays to all

Hello,
but the other design is always a drw or is it a dxf or dwg?

Hi, Ozzy, I bet I'll find you here even at Christmas. . .

It's a creo drw. I wanted to use this technique to insert into the tables all standard details without having to recreate them from time to time, but if I lose all notes, sizes, etc. it does nothing. drw is a three-dimensional isometric view of an attack on a reservoir, through sketches are depicted the reference axes, the arrows that indicate the verses, and the names of the various components. all these details are lost in overlay

Is there any configuration parameter to set?

Thank you.

No no now enough, I just got involved with those other trituramaroni in a game for stupid children, unfortunately I like to play and I have not resisted temptation .. now I am at stake, from tomorrow I have given it, we will wait for the other phenomena. :-)

I don't know if I understand what you want to do, but I apologize for a trivial question: If this other drw is a standard representation you want to keep you can't just handle it as it matters other drw?
Maybe I don't understand what you're planning on doing. .

If I do it through "import drw" I have conflicts for all parts/axis that have the same name. for this I thought I would do it through overlays, besides I think that in this way the design doesn't weigh much longer, while in the other case I think you load everything: models etc.

to the next
