paper space margin

Hello, everyone. I'm freaking out with paper space. I can't print the score. I attach some images to make the situation clear. I'm always cut off my margin in the bottom and right. because what the hell is that white part beyond the dotted line (which I always knew to be the print area).
the preview is correct but then the pdf file is packed (cut edges).

the white edge should be the print margin, set in the sheet layout. but should be compatible with what the assigned printer can print.
that margin is set manually in the layout (we say you set it at 3mm), but if the printer physically has a margin of 5mm, you can set it as you want, the printer will not be able to print, truncating the print.
