parameter block with text insert

I don't have much experience with the parametric blocks.
I would like to create one that tells me the point of view from which a photo was taken oriented in the direction of the shot and with the center the name of the jpg associated with the photo itself.
I would like the designer to place the block, turn it through a parameter and manually write the name of the jpg of the photo itself.
I managed to create the parameter to rotate the block without problems, but to make the designer write inside the name of the jpg I don't know exactly how to do.. .
Can someone help me?

Why a parametric block? Isn't a "normal" block with an attribute enough?

creates a defect attribute, select it with other objects when you create the block, insert the block and it slow in the desired direction.

you can rotate it immediately even if it is not parametric. . .
