back to sw:finger: just after an experience with inventor :frown: I would like to bring back how much (I don't want the inventor users but not much) of good I found in the latter.
Among the things I liked about inventor there is the possibility to easily relate to geometric entities and modelling.
with sw no problem in relation to geometric entities creating equations but I can't for example extrude a profile of a module equal to a length of a sketch entity.
ovviamenente the extrusion module must "turn" to the value and must update when the share on the sketch is varied.

It's easier than you think:
in the extrusion box, select "up to the top" and select
the end of the line the game is made.

There is no problem if the sketch is quoted once the extrusion clicks on the function and the starting sketch odds and the extrusion value appear, click on the value you want to hook, add equation and write equal to clicks on the amount of the sketch done.
If there is no quota you can extrude "up to the top" and select the sketch top.

instead of typing the value simply click the top of the segment and that vine taken as reference for extrusion
the command has always been present. :wink:
