If I'm learning solidworks, I ask:
can you edit the parameters present in the part through the property tab builder also in the design environment with the property tab builder ?

I have an experience of twenty years in creo and the parameters in the cartiglio I edit them also from the drawing environment. in solidworks how do you do it? can you do the same thing?

in solidworks you can edit the notes directly from the table. For example, by double-clicking on a separate text you can change the parameter that writes that line. or by editing the notes of the paper you can fill out the properties of the component.

the parameters I have inserted them in the prt part of the model but I ask if you can edit even in the design environment without necessarily going into the model environment.

In my previous answer I meant those parameters. can be changed directly from the table by acting on Cartridge.
If you need to change the parameters of a part or subaxieme from the board, just double-click the field of separate materials that must be changed and the request of the cad awards "maintain links".
are not editable with tab builder, but with the above procedure.

if the value of the property is changed in the cartiglio. make a try and let youtube lose. I don't use these systems, because I work with pdm, but I did a confirmation test before I answer you and I confirm that the property in the model has been modified. (ownership in solidworks = parameter in creo).

I used pdm windchill 12 with creo before. Now I'm in a company that pdmlink doesn't use it and still go folders....

I created it, but for a short time. the interface is very different, you have to get used to it, especially after years of use.
