Hello.
I need in the table to insert the volume of the various parts.
I use the parameter &pro_mp_volume (use create 5 ) and get the desired volume. My problem is displaying:
at the moment I get a very long writing as the unit of measurement of the part are set the mm and then the volume is in mm^3.
Is there a way to obtain an exponential display, for example 865037.53 mm^3 = 865.04 e3 ?
Thanks for the possible answers :)

Bye-bye.
and ... turn it into dc^3, volume = pro_mp_volume / 1000000??? ? ?
I don't think you can do that, at least with wf5.

I had thought about dani, but since I have to do it on a 40 set of table, doing as you say it would involve me having to open every 3d and every 2d to enter the parameter and then bring it back to the table.

I hoped there was a way to climb it directly on the table :)

to remedy this problem you may use modelcheck, but if you do not know it is not so immediate to use.

the parameters read the real number to which they are associated, therefore, to greater reason the basic parameters as pro_mp_volume.
If it were a decimal digit problem, it would be enough for you to put pro_mp_volume[.1] where "1" is the number of decimal digits you want.
but if your problem is transformation into other different units, the solutions are those of dani.

no modelcheck I don't know, never used.
However for new designs I will make as suggested, creating a specific parameter.
thanks for the help
