I tried in vain to import a model made with revit into a blender. I looked for the solution without finding it but I saw that many have already had my own problem. in practice revit exports to dxf and the problem is that blender, which should be able to import it, actually fails (sometimes it reports errors, other times it does not report anything but does not show the imported model).
I initially thought it was an incompatibility between revit and blender, but I saw that even with a simple dxf created with autocad happens the same thing.
I said I found many who report the same problem but no one gives it a clear solution. if any of you know how to do it.. .

Considering that the problem exists with several sw that create dwg/dxf, in my opinion the "import mode" of such formats in blender ....

eventually I solved by exporting from revit to ifc format and importing it into blender after installing http://ifcopenshell.org/ifcblender.htmlthe result is a model that loses the imported materials in revit, for the rest it is quite likely even if I don't care a piece of wall (I don't know why). in blender you can set the materials by selecting the various elements with the use of the keyboard l key, which makes the operation a little less complex.
