I'm not sure what version is present but from wf4 you can make a pattern that follows a curve and to work it needs only two things:

• indicate a curve
• the step or number of repetitions

well only that I have a problem the object does not follow the curve as it should as you see from the enclosed jpg the series of drawers is moved compared to the sketch, this is a problem but on which I could survive.

the biggest problem is that the first compost is at the top of the curve but when turning the orientation remains right is that the component is no longer outside the curve as it should but internal. as attached chain drawers here dani-3d went close but the stitches in the curve once are internal and once they are external.
