pattern through relationships

I'm trying to create a pattern to betray the inclusion of a relationship. being the first time I happen to do so, I would like to know if there is a discussion (I have tried but I am not entirely satisfied) or a tutorial where the syntax of relationships is explained (for dummies, preferably:

in a few words, I have three holes arranged on the same reference circumference; referring to the first hole, the second is at 90° and the third is at 225°.

you can use the report series but in this case I would recommend the set points or the table series.

and then edit it again, and change it "by table"
and inserts in the table the 3 values of the corners

Hi, I have a similar problem I can't solve.
I would like to command the number of repeats of a series (axial) through a parameter. Specifically, I made a parametric wheel and the parameter in question is the number of teeth. pro-engineer gives me error when I enter the parameter name in the menu that requires the number of repetitions as it expects a real value (and not the parameter name). the limitation is not bad because, in any case, before regenerating I go to change the parameter by reminding me then to go to manually insert the number of repetitions in the series. If I could fix it would be the last step of parameterization. thanks and greetings to all.
