Bye to all,
I have to change the workstation in the office.
I made a quote.
I attach the configuration suggested by the supplier.
use solidworks2011.
We make components, I also manage assemblies of 20/30 parts, so requests are not excessive (I don't need the latest video card or who knows what else but even obsolete material).
budget: with win7 operating system I would stay on 800€. Do you think I can?
I'll get you the proposal.
Thank you.
greetings

I would take a vga when I, even enter level type 600, but I would not use geforce/radeon.

Hello re_solidworks
Thanks for the answer.
ok for video card, other notes on power supply or motherboard or other?
a friend of mine recommended me as powering the lc-power from at least 600 watts, with 140 mm fan and as a motherboard a medium-high-end asrock with high quality capacitors.

If you are interested I have a 2000 new 2gb picture for sale.....I would like however that I paid it 560 euros....I sell to 20-30% less than the price paid.....ciao.

the power supply is definitely a bit pulled, I when assemblies use enermax or cooler master, but a power supply so costs only 100-150 euros and makes you touch the budget.
Asrock I never had, I used asus - abit and gigabyte. Asus seems to me the best, but also the gigabytes are working well.
for the quality of capacitors... If you want to keep the car for a while, if you want to spend little money and change it often makes little sense.

for the needs you have of 20 / 30 parts for together, you are already spending too much. using a painting for drawings of a piece at a time seems excessive. the power supply must be right to feed everything, not oversized. for an unpublished machine is also good the Chinese 40 euro power supply at the supermarket.

If you want a performing and serious machine, we're not with that configuration. but on the other hand you don't have to handle 10 thousand parts.

You are fully right...
risk of buying a f1 ferrari to turn on the street... .
I have to find a fair compromise. But also my owner told me we spend something extra but that it is good and that it hard not that next year we have to take another!! !

Well, I would take an entry level picture if nothing else because when you call the assistance you don't feel like "what video card has?" and after the answer: "I'm sorry, go to a certified card, and then see if the problem is back."
a picture 600 costs 187.99 iva included on eprice and I think you can't spend less to make cad.
the geforce 450 costs from 100 to 150 euros depending on the model. It is about saving 50 euros to have an uncertified machine and that in case of problems needs replacement of the vga.
I know people who use for work geforce and radeon. some are good and others are worthwhile, if I take a pc for work I do not mind saving, especially if it is figures of this entity.
As for the power supply I do not agree on Chinese from 40 euros. stable voltage also means a stable pc, often good ones consume less energy (which repays over time) and in case of failure the protections avoid to fire the motherboard.
with Chinese ones recently motherboards often pass to the other world along with the power supply.

then ok. well for a 600 picture, power supply 550 /600w silent self-managed.

first I apologize if I go ot.
and already. It's not enough to know... it also takes a little c... in life.
I'm just the studio, but I belong to that great p.v. people who don't do it anymore.
You're right, but there's no need for c..o, besides that to date, we need continuous sacrifices and we don't see a way out.
I don't feel like a person who works in their own happiness how things are going: who closes, who wants to close and who pushes forward hoping in better times.

it would be time for our bosses to take serious measures for the economy, instead of just worrying about the facts and fighting each other...

I'm a fan for you all! :finger:
thank you, but I do typhus for this country that seems not to be in any field (progress, school, health etc....).
I in trying to give a service in my opinion great but difficult to make understand, I can also self-extinguished me, but this does not take away that this country is not ready to organizational systems free from bunches, false specializations, recommendations, friends of friends and so on...
Sorry, I'm going out on the subject. However, my little gem, as I said, is there waiting for someone who can make it roar.
