pc3 file compatibility problem

I moved some pc3 files on another pc with autocad 2017 but it gives me some problems, I also copied ilrelative pmp files
tells me for some formats such as a2 adobe pdf that it is impossible to do the preview layout not found or similar stuff.. .is there no compatibility between 2013 and 2017?

The printer that the pc3 refers to is installed on both computers, right?

sure is the adobe printer pdf.pc3 I have acrobat xi on both
