pdf file automatic quota reader

hi to all, it is for a long time that I can not normally carry out my work since my owner gives me packs of paper drawings and not, from which to detect size, quotas etc. this is not my job. I was wondering: is there a program that collects quotas from a pdf and collects them in a separate one? I looked a bit on the internet, but I can't find anything, maybe I misrepresent what I'm looking for, I don't know. I also put some words in the search here within the forum, but I don't think there's what I'm looking for. Does anyone know anything about it? Thank you.

In my opinion, there is no question of what you are looking for with the software inspectionxpert you should be able to process the pdf and then extract the n excel files.
