pdf - multiple file date card

Hello everyone,
in company we are implementing the use of solidworks pdm, and for me it is the first time I use it.
As they serve, we are "translocating" the libraries and I would like to know how to change the custom properties in multiple files simultaneously. if I select a file, the data card appears to me and I fill it, but if you select two or more disappear. I would like to select many and put for example the supplier, buy, etc etc.
Do you have any time-saving tips?

first question that comes to me is if the inzormations are already present in the files? in this case you can make a link on the card.
if files are in a folder and have equal data you can create a folder card that transmits data to all files in the folder automatically.

Meanwhile thank you for the answer.
I am doing the divided folders by supplier/type1/type 2 etc. for example entegris(supplier)/pfa flaretek(type1)/curve(type2). Now I would like to select all the curves and put the buy property that is not present in the file or in the folder. apart from this, I thought the folder cards needed for folders (as folder object) and not as folder content. This is interesting! ! !

Although it seems to me an "alternative" solution, I could make a temporary workbook in the pdm in which I put as a folder date card all those variables I usually put in the part datacard. arrived at this point, I take the library files out of the pdm and put them in this folder, I change (with the method that you lnkato me) all those variables that are massively equal (supplier, type, buy etc) and then I move them into the folder that interests me.

It seems like a good solution, I think the quickest. or you can do in the work flows with a new state where you add the properties you want in the transition.the novo file inserted vault you pass it through a phase where you can enter all the data you want and then put it back in the process of work.
see all the tutorials you can because there are many methods to change the data in the card automatically.
