use solidworks (sw) with the ready2works management (r2w).
these two programs interact well but I would like to understand if you can do the following things:

1) materials. the material should be associated (2 times) to the part through and in r2w environment, instead I would prefer to attribute the material in sw environment and that it was r2w to read it automatically. You know how to do it?

2)assiemi-parti. r2w environment, if I have a set consisting of other subaxis and parts, it is possible to select the "father" axieme and that new codes are created for all "sons"? if we have a complex set consisting of hundreds of "children" to create for each one a code is particularly honorable in terms of time and it is easy to forget about the elements.

3)bom.
-every time you list the materials in excel bisgona uncheck the fields you do not need (e.g. "creatoil", "creatoda" etc.) and every time the program loses the settings. Is there a way to get r2w to keep the fields I need for the bom?
- is it possible to extract in one time the list of materials and pipes without having to go to the folder "type" to extract the excel files of pipes?

I answer you for what I know:

1- at the moment it is not possible, I do not know if there is any customization to do so, you should feel readysolutions
2-How would you go to generate new codes automatically? without any control? not to forget anything you can use capture, then r2w finds everything that is not coded and proposes it for coding.
3-the type list would serve to divide the components by processing, not to extract materials. lists can be customized, but then they will find themselves so for all uses, not only for excel extraction. What exactly should you do?

to me in the material list always serve the usual 6 fields:

-description
-quantity
- epdm code
-Materials
-value

to avoid every time you have to uncheck the fields that I don't care or have to delete the columns of unnecessary excels (I don't say it's difficult but it's slender and takes time).

I would also like the columns of the excel list that comes out from the list of materials to be ordered as that of the tubes otherwise besides having to delete unnecessary columns I must also reorder them so that the two lists can be put together in a single material list..it is for this reason that I was wondering if it was possible to have a single excel list for the "materials" and for the "tubes", in this way they would not have to save two lists "grezzes"

open a set to import, click on capture components (fast bar or under new), look if the selections of the parts are ok and catch prizes. leaves you the list of uncoded elements and one to one attributes the encoding root and properties.
you can as always use the drag & drop from the general list for compilation. I usually fulfill the properties of 6-10 items and then amount. Then I repeat the operation until details are detected to be imported.

Perhaps the only note that remains to be done is that I would prefer to insert once the matrial encoded..es: s355j2g3 we assume that this code is combined with a bar 120 sp.10 aisi 304, in theory, in the code should already be inserted all the necessary information, including the matrial. .

I tried to get into maintenance->personalized but you can't change the fields or reorder them. maybe I'm wrong.

I write from the tablet that I can't post screenshots. for the "fast" compilation of the properties and root of the code there are 2 methods.
the first is the key above the description a little dx recalling the latest information entered, the second you fill out by dragging a row from the general list inside the code root box.
These methods are valid in creation, capture, import and cloning.
