I have to install a production plant, in which two methane gas pipelines fall into the ped one in cat1 and the other in cat 2 . the problem and that such installation firms do not have in their chamber visura the diction of "constructors" but only of installers, while the ped requires the certification of the pipe by those who perform it. How can I get out of this bureaucratic impasse? I can't at least one month from the start of the construction site look for other companies.

I think, and I think it works like all the implants. ped material manufacturers sell to various material installers (tubations, filters, shutters, safety systems) with the certificate c for each component. like all plants, the installer must certify the installation installed and mounted by him as much as he competes and in the statement attaches the certificates of the material not of his competence. ped actually does not speak of installers or builders but of manufacturer, defined as building and marketing a pipe system. the manufacturer must meet the obligations imposed by the Directive.

for safety ask a notified body or anccp.:wink:
