permanent share command setting

I have a question that to you cat guru will appear elementary not to say ridiculous, but being experienced at the use of solidworks and I create the drifting of this mighty program for me is still everything to discover.. and that because of a client I suddenly use. .
That said...
Will you please tell me how I do to keep the command? to call it back every second is not the maximum.. indeed... now I am close to exhaustion... :

Hi.
do you refer, perhaps, to the double click on the command (which applies to all commands and environments )?
or did you mean anything else?
