provided that by revit, the comparative state is not a phase (the chronological state of the project/design) but a "graphic representation" (view) of the changes occurred between two successive phases, the filters applied to phases (work), which are:
- new
- existing
- demolished
- temporary (which is similar to the new + demolished "work" in the same chronological phase)
allow to "represent" (in the drawing) various views contained the combinations between the above mentioned phases of work (with special graphy = graphic replacement) in the time phase (in use) than the previous one.
in your case, the comparative state is the representation (view) of the demolished and built between the state of project (phase in use) and the state of fact (previous phase)
the next time phase from you called "variant" determines, applying (to the variant phase) a representation that can be called "comparated 2" (or as you want) between the variant phase and the project state.
It is therefore not possible to make a "comparation" between three stages simultaneously.
However it is possible to "break" two successive stages.
if you intend to operate as indicated below,duplicate the design/design (save with new name) and use that file.
in your case it is possible, after creating all the views, including the comparisons (1 and 2) to merge the phase (work) "variant" with the "project state" (with the respective views) with which the following graphic representation follows (compared to the fact state) the maintenance of the "comparative" views:
- the building (new), designed both in the design state (compared to the factual state) and in the variant (compared to the design state), is represented in red;
- the demolished, in the state of project (compared to the state of fact) and in the variant (compared to the state of project) but which was also existing in the state of fact, is represented with yellow,
- the demolished, in the variant state (compared to the design state) but which was not existing even in the state of fact, is represented as "temporaneous" (to the new built in the state of project and then demolished in the variant) .
to the same object (represented as temporary) you can apply two overlapping nets with diagonal lines (converse), one yellow and one red (transparent background), which highlight in the same representation and on the same object (e.g. wall) the built and the demolished.

In this way you can print a comparison table between the state of fact, design and variant.

if you want to keep everything in the same project/design (file) instead of making a copy, you have to create six stages of work:
- the first three as above (fact/project/variant), to which you will associate all the views, including the comparisons as mentioned above (which contain the design project "original" from which to compose the printing tables;
- further three phases such as "fittizie" phases: e.g.,existing, projectf, variantf (always in the same chronological order): in practice to make a "duplication" of the procedure as drafted in the first three stages.
In fact, in the state of fact, you bring back the project to the initial state of fact.
the projectf and variantf phases can be created by duplicating the views contained in the "normal" phases

Therefore, proceed on the fictitious phases, the fusion of the variant state with projectf.

attention that, in cases where you change the graphical replacement of the "temporaneous" working phase (for the "fittizie" phases) in case the temporneo has been used, with different spelling, in the "normal" phases, the same will be modified.

Of course, if you have to print the table only contain the only comparison views of the three stages, you should generate it with the use of a copy of the file.

Thanks for the answers.
I opted for the classic solution, print the executive boards corresponding to the design state (with the comparative sdf-sdp) and print the executive boards corresponding to the variant state (with the comparative sdp-sdv).
I will put it in the drawer for any future use.
little note, you say:

but in the case, I have doors and walls demolished in the variant, on the existing parts for which if the two methods do not apply (new-three stages later) the comparison between the sdf and sdv cannot be seen.

the phase indicates a chronological order of the graphic representation of the design/objects.
call it an existing state and a new state or project state, or phase 1 phase 2 phase 3, absolutely nothing changes: it is the order that counts (passed-future)
filters, applied to phases (work), which are:
- new
- existing
- demolished
- temporary (which is similar to the new + demolished "work" in the same chronological phase)
select the display with a specific graph (= graphic replacement) to be displayed in the current phase compared to the previous phase.

For this purpose, or as a phase filter of the initial state (esitente) you can also use the phase filter (fdf) : shows everything.

in the second fdf - sp (project status) and in the relative fields you must assign:

- demolished -> undisplayed
- temporary -> not displayed

or indicate to the sw that:
- the new objects designed in the current view must be represented with what is indicated in the vg "stil objects"
- objects designed in the previous view (and not modified) must be represented with what is indicated in the vg "sty objects"

creates a view of plant (e.g. ground floor)
assigns to this view phase 1 (actual state)
assign phase filter : show everything (or sf)
draws two parallel walls (in practice you are drawing walls with the vg of the "stiles of objects)

duplicate the above plant view
assigns phase 2 to the same
assigns fdf sp (project)
draw a wall perpendicular to the two and demolish one of the two (the lower one).
in the view you will have two walls in the form of "t"

duplicate the above plant view
assigns (leave) to phase 2 itself
assigns fdf gr (comparative)
in the view you will have:
- the demolished wall of yellow color
- the red perpendicular wall
- the wall designed in phase 1 of black color

p.s. the "graphic replacement" field of phase filters, incites the graphic display to be applied when in the "phase filter" checks the "replaced" value.
It is obvious that:
- the new must be assigned lines and motifs of red color
- the demolished must be assigned lines and motifs of yellow color
- the existing must be assigned lines and motifs of black color
- the temporary must be assigned lines and color motifs "personalized"

wonderful. your second intervention allowed me - following your step-by-step directions - to solve all plans. some small detail to solve (sigh, coat) but now I have the tools to understand.
