Good morning to all,
After installing the sp4 on sw2009 I no longer work the photoview360 program.
opens but when I click on open file the message appears in the attachment.
Has anyone had this problem yet?

Sorry I didn't finish, uninstall photoview, enter the folder where you downloaded the updates and look for the service pack 3.0 and install the photoview 3.0 and you are appropriate

hi I also had this problame as soon as the sp4.0 installed.

the workaround (or as you write) recommended by the sw itself is:
enter resources, tap the folders to the affected file, drag and drop into the photoview window the file interested in rendering.
ps : the problem is on the Italian version.

if you want you can install the version in English (which according to them should not have that problem).

nb : I do so, I open sw close the interested file (because I often need to save the scenography and if you opened it at the same time you don't save it), then I open file, and I drag the file into the photoview360 window. and the game is done. :

I had the same problem, and I solved it like this:

install the last sp of photoview, then disappear this file and copy it in the Italian language folder (c:\program files\solidworks corp\photoview 360\lang\italian).
Then try reopening photoview, you will see it will work.
By the way, save this file somewhere, as you will have to do the same with sp.5.
