piping preventive program

Hello, everyone.
Does anyone know a valid and possibly economical software to make quotes of piping in the bid phase? I premute that I use solidworks with which I find myself well for the realization of piping, what I would need would be a program that starting from the p&i develops a bom of maximum, clearly after customization of the libraries.
a similar program is the quotaexpress but it is not customizable and from what I understand it is not even sold in Europe

nothing to remove autocad p&i (I don't know but I don't think it does miracles, like all sw on the other hand).
but, just for the benefit, I would like you to at least understand what it means to make a quote piping:
- estimate of the piping material necessary for the construction of a plant represented schematically in one or more p&id and according to an offer layout.
Therefore, the above documentation must be available, completed by the piping classes and by cards in which to report, by line, the materials desunti crossing the above documents.
any automatisms consist of commercial prg or self-made to shorten the materials shown in the cards (after insertion).
It is obvious that if one has p&i look case made in autocad (and for which it has the source) it can use different methods for example to count the valves (maybe looking for the blocks with the same name) or other similar things but not much more.
if you have created them with a p&i package you can obviously have back lists (elegant valves, equipment list, tool list etc.) but this is not the rule. customers today give you if a pdf is good and you do little with that. .
then we can fantasize on a hypothetical program that would help those who make estimates, perhaps for plants with 1000-2000 lines and 25 different classes distributed over 150 p&i, to estimate the material on the basis of a preliminary layout.

This program (quoteexpress) releases an infinite amount of excel documents and allows to extrapolate data of all kinds.
It is obvious that the input of pipeline data lies at a previous reading of p&i regarding the valve and instrumentation and the experience of the designer regarding lengths of pipes and number of curves... I agree with marcobes that with experience everything is done but I would like to find a more articulated and professional software. . .
I repeat that quotaxpress is not customizable nor sold in Italy
