the program in question is called 3d access, it is included with the modeling license and they give it to you along with the program in the installation DVD.
does not require any license, allows to open the axieme, is practically equal to modeling, but without the modeling menu being a viewer.
you can activate configurations, insert 3d notes and manage the elements to video.
