Hello
If I have been using this for a short time, I am experiencing a problem, I can't create an orthogonal reference plan compared to a
another plan.
How do we proceed?

the procedure you need to follow should be to select the plan you want to make perpendicular what you are building and from the drop-down menu select "normal" (as in photo) among the options.
If you don't make it build, you have to give it another reference. otherwise you know how many plans there are perpendicular to one floor?!? infinite.. .
