do you have a proven calculation sheet available to define the gate size according to the materials and weight of the piece to print?

Since with more than 80 visits you did not get an answer I try to help you, no nn exist, casting and piece attack are defined according to the geometry of the detail not according to its weight, thicknesses, nervature poppette and aesthetic demands and production influence position and type of gate. in this need practical molding experience, molding simulations help but if you go for attempts you have to do dozens.
