plotter hp designjet 800 non funziona con autocad 2018 su windows 10

Good day to all,
thanks to your advice today I resurrected my old and good friend plotter hp 500.
printing less and less .. in this digital era .. I was sorry to change it since it always did its duty.
Moreover, with the old driver pre upgrades win10 that then blocked everything, he didn't even print me from the various cads, I had to do pdf.
But now it's fine, retirement is postponed.

I'm in trouble.
my old (but brand new and very efficient) plotter designjet 500 no longer prints from autocad since I had to format the pc and I installed windows 10 pro in January 2021 to which however I inhibited automatic updates.
How can I do that? I can't find any drivers that allow me its operation.
on the hp site I find nothing and I'm literally freaking out.
Can someone help me solve the problem?

create a pdf from autocad and send it to the plotter. or scrap the dj500 and buy one more recent

I think it can be solved because in an office where I collaborate they have win10pro and the same plotter, I know they have struggled to solve but still the system works. Give me a couple of days to figure out how they did

I know very well that I can go on like this but the quality of the press is greatly reduced.
If you have a solution to be able to print directly from autocad, it would do me a great favor.

usually the problem with windows 10 drivers is linked only to sending data to the plotter. Apparently in your case a data is sent. this only with autocad or even with any other program? Did you do evidence?
print from pdf or dwf for example? or from file?

I have the window 10 operating system. I tried to install the drivers but when I send a drawing in print and choose the autocad plot while viewing the plotter does not accept it.
I read that using an English version the plotter returns to work.
