polyline at unaggregated

I have the following problem, after closing and reopening an autocad design due to an error, I find that all the objects that were previously polylinee, disaggregati (linee archi etc.).

I didn't use "exploded"

can be dependent on the use of "flatten"

Can it depend on a system variable?
