poor definition image molding from model 3d

good day to all, use the catia5v20
when I send a 3d image to the printer the result of the graphic definition is bad.
in return if I create a view in the drafting and the imprint is excellent.
the 3d accuracy parameter is 0.01.
I hope you can help me solve the problem.

I had en image-capture options- resolution pixel media
to increase it to the highest I can print with dark quality
