poor sensitivity mouse pointer for ray edge listing

Good morning.
as from title I wanted to ask if there is a setting (in drawing environment) to increase the sensitivity of the pointer during the quotation of tangent edges.
I have noticed this more annoying since I installed 2018 sp2 (perhaps) and having to quote numerous structures in sheet metal (almost all made with bending) the thing also begins to create mental health problems. . .
I tried with the selection filters but nothing to do

no does not exist.
increases the graphical resolution of curves and hides tangent edges

lines that you cannot select or highlight unless you are perfectly on the colored pixel of black that displays it.... of balls. .
