Hi, I own catia v5 and I have difficulty in building a variable radius tip on a diam round. 6mm up to a length of 35mm. I found the equation =($e$1)*(articcos(2*($e$2-d8)/$2-1)-sen(2*arccos(2*($e$2-d8)/$e$2-1))/2)^0,5)/1,772454 and developed it with excel. I'll get you the file. See if this curve does to your case.

I got the curve through the macro inserting points that you will find in the forum (the topic was the cration of a wing profile) I assigned the third coordinate to zero.
