often on the forum we repeat that it serves to continue studying and training even after the classic course of studies. continue to be informed during work, to maintain a high level of quality and improve.
I would like to ask you what tools used for learning. I, who work in the field of metal carpentry for construction, are dissatisfied with what I have found so far, which I summarize in:
1) professional books: sometimes I buy something both in Italian and in English. I found some nice book, but many are good only to turn on the fireplace. However the books of the sector are those, I will not be able to reread as soon as a new edition comes out.
2) sectoral sites, in which the profession is concerned: They're worth a visit every now and then, but they don't know who knows what in this way.
3) training courses update: There are few courses, especially those financed, accessible at low cost. And yet I am one who, in my field, tries to learn all the way. I even did a welding course just to better understand the problems of the workers.
for a fee there is something, but they cost a lot, starting from about 1'000 euros up. then now that there is compulsory training for the members of the atbo we are at the fair of the becero. only count the training points, content is often surpluses.
4) learn programs/software, a course costs on 1'000 euros, when it's okay. otherwise you can arrange with manuals and videos.
How do you do that?
