power channel

Hi, this is my first post, if moderators think it out of topic can delete it.
This is the problem that I am going to ask:
for design needs I would like to perform a power channel on a sketch (derived by a 3d sketch) designed on a curved surface only that the "power channel" command does not recognize me such a sketch, can I use this command or should I draw a new sketch and do the sweep of the profile?

where do you see the power channel command?

Perhaps you mean a command of the mold environment, I imagine you have to do a channel on a non-planar surface.
