press issue centered with autocad 2005

hello guys I hope there are those who can help me.....!my problem is having a print problem, a dxf file received via email, as when I open the attached file inside the email, obviously it opens with autocad,click file... .print and printing succeeds but the design is all scented to me upward and to the right..... !I tried all the print options possible from the dialog box when asking me the print options but nothing you can print centered on the a4 sheet!what do you recommend to do? good advice hello thank you

These are the options to check for the cebtrate print. I use cad 2011.

If you put a drawing, I think it's better.

I recognize the page and it's that, and I also tried to check those options, but I don't come anyway....... you print on a4 sheets or on a1/a2 drawing sheets? Why, I mold on a4 sheets could this be the problem? or could it be that someone who sends me the drawing uses a newer version of mine and so my autocad version is like in tilt and do the same but not as it should?
