press problem with "public" function

Who can help me?
I have to print in pdf (use the "public" function) forty pdf , some of these have custom formats (type a1 long etc... )
those with standard format are printed regularly, while customized ones go wrong
what does this problem depend on?

try assigning the print sheet, doing the preview and then pressing "apply to layout" all this before the public
