pretension abnormal bolts in static analysis

Good morning.
I am testing a static analysis, employing 20 m of foundation bolts with a virtual plan, with a preload of 275 nm:
the problem consists in blocking the analysis for "pretension abnormal bolts "
I also tried to replace the precarious couple with an axial load of 150 n. , but the result is the same.

Are you sure it's not the plan definition and then the loads? try to do something simple and then see what it says. Moreover you will have to give a coefficient of friction between base and virtual floor.

- What is the relationship between the plan and the loads?
