preview dynamic quotations in sketch

I kindly asked if someone is aware of a string that allows the dynamic visualization of the odds in sketches.
I'll explain.
when I am in the sketch environment and start putting the odds that interest me on the geometry that I created, select the element, or the elements, but as long as I do not release the quota with the central mouse button, I do not have the possibility to video to see the preview of the positioning ... I hope to be explained.
other thing, is there a possibility to change the value of the share to creation without having to place it first and then double click on it to change its value? ...that is, I would like the moment I placed the quota to open the window directly to change it.

I imagined coming from other cads, these are the typical habits that one takes after.
then as far as the dynamic preview does not exist, to place a quota of any type in wf4 the central key determines its initial positioning, then depending on the screen point you select, the program the square, then you can move it to your liking by selecting the quotas.
for the other request, in wf4 there was not this option (which I remember), they put it from the wf5 forward, at the place comes a checkbox where you can attribute the value directly that is then deactivated with a hidden option of the config.pro that now in memory I do not know, among other things I find it unclear because if imputi the value regenerates the geometry, I always recommend to who only the paths

in fact now I have made the complete path ... I started from drawing board drawing on glosses, then autocad 12 on dos, me10, again autocad with the application top (which makes it work for parts, I still use it, although much less), then inventor from the 2008 version to the current, solidworks from 2007, a bit solid designer 16 and now proe wf4.
I have to say that among all those that I have used proe is the most ostic one as intuition and usability ... to do the same things that I do with other sw I usually spend more time (and many more clicks with the mouse) , but I am sure I have to take my hand ...

everything depends on how one is accustomed, and how it is better. Among other things in proe I put the option that blocks my quotas automatically after the change. I realized that, if I didn't block them, to change geometry, even the unblocked strong odds could vary. but if I decide that a quota I need of that value, I don't want it to vary from others, or if I decide to extend a segment to which that quota is connected. I find interesting the possibility to leave the weak, strong, or blocked quotas, but for what I have to do, at the moment, I don't need to.. .

Just as it is used by the previous cad that used, you look for that option because probably in inventor you had it and you were used like this, this is normal and happens to all those who pass from one cad to another, but try to try not to use proes as you used the other all here, I say it in your interests not in mine.
even for the weak, strong or blocked quotas, the strong share does not mean that you can no longer move, if the blocks then yes, the option that you have quoted always blocks all to the value attribution, the geometry you can no longer move dynamically but only to the change of value, even in this case I prefer to block only what it serves me, when I am sketched so I can verify the behaviors of entities.

My intention, currently it is to be able to understand what is the most effective approach to using the sw at best, it is inevitable at the beginning to carry itself behind the habits and techniques that are used on the other cad, but seen now I no longer have problems between the passage between autocad, inventor, solidworks, I think it will not be difficult to adapt to proe ....
