preview idw/dwg disappearance

After launching the wizard "transfer resources drawing" (in my case I had to replace a cartilage in about thirty tables ), at the next reopening I find that from the window "open file" it no longer makes me see the thumbnail preview. the simple opening and saving of the boards does not solve. I have to open the table, make a change (a view, a quota etc) and save, only in this way recompense.
that you know there is a faster method?

preview is not a real image of the file, but only a photo of the last save.
I would try to launch the "migra file" wizard just to get him to do something and then save the file automatically. remember only, after selecting the files that interest you, to select in the options "new complete creation" and to uncheck "unname migrated files".
