preview of the dwg not visible in windows 8.1

Why don't I see the preview of my dwg in win 8.1? I see only the dwg symbol!

You obviously disabled the previews display in folder, in the folder display options.

no hi I assure you ..the preview there is telling me that it is not available

you can set autocad to save or not dwg thumbnail directly in the file itself. You probably disabled that. check in rescue options.

hello .. already checked!according to me is win 8.1 that does not make them!on another pc I have win 7 and makes them in explorer ..che nervous ...

thank you but explorer was comfortable because I was sliding and seeing ... here I always have to start the program ... i go then to win 8?
