print in pdf blank: there are no windows active in the model space

Sorry I'm a new user.. and the fact that you go to this time of night makes you understand what's urgent the problem...I can't turn a dwg file into pdf..with autocad...I carry the normal procedure from the print section..but qnd reo the pdf m turns out empty and my message appears "there are no windows active in the model space"! Thank you so much!

phase 2) which rel. uses ? it is important to understand which tool you are using.

I don't even have 2009, but to cut the head to the bull you could install a virtual pdf printer that isn't autocad. for example this which is also free and has never bothered me!
