print with 3d printer

hello to everyone, sorry to bother....this morning in the company where I work we bought a 3d printer, especially a village printer 3dx100.
Unfortunately neither I nor my colleague has ever printed with these types of printers.
looking at us a bit tricky on various websites and looking at the printer manual, what we understood is that from the model made with inventor we have to create the .stl file, to create the .gcode file and with the appropriate program of the printer at that point print in 3d.
Is the procedure right? ? ?
the problem we have is to create the gcode file... is there someone who can help me? ? ? !

it works so in principle,
to create the required gcode file of slicing software,
Slic3r

if you have never printed I recommend the cure
better if the file put it on card and avoid printing from usb
try to verify that there are no instructions at least maximum to set the slicer, clutter / print area, height in z... tmax... wire diameter.. .
