printer advice a3

Good morning to all and excuse me if I find a subject already dealt with.

I would need a specific advice as interested in buying an inkjet printer format a3+, more precisely the epson r2000.attracts me the fact that I can load a roll of paper and then print out off-format tables, use it as a platinum.my doubt is that, being a photo printer, it is not suitable for printing cad file, am I wrong?I know that it is an honest printer both at purchase and in management, I would also use it to print interior renderings to be presented to customers.

Maybe some of you use it and can tell me something about it.

I don't know if it's your case but I'm using the brother mfc-j6910dw and I'm very good and costs much less than the epson.
I paid it about 250€ and it has beautiful capacious tanks and more does a self-cleaning once a day to keep the cartridge active.
with the external tank kit becomes a typography.

I have used with satisfaction for years a brother 6890 All-In-One, it cost little and there are inks at cost irresistible
