printing on plotter with nx6

Good morning to all, I have the following problem: I have to set the plotting and find the difficulty in setting the output format, in the sense that if my format is an a3 he always prints it in a4 despite the profile is a3. Also if it has the adaptation to the page the cut print. I believe there is a system to give a plotting window.

What kind of printing do you use? printing or printing on plotter?

as a printer I use an aficio mp c2000 , but here the system works perfectly.normally we use this studmapante for a3 and a4 formats. While the plotter is an oce tds450. I can't understand where I'm wrong.I don't use the current display, but sheet, then in advanced plotter actions imposed a profile, but the print doesn't work
